50 Cent’s new Diddy documentary is already causing waves—but not for the reason you might think. One of the guys featured in the project is now speaking out, claiming he got shafted on the deal. According to him, he was originally promised a production credit and was told he’d be grandfathered into the profits if the doc ever sold. He says he helped put the whole thing together and brought a lot of talent to the table—only to see 50 announce that proceeds would go to victims, while he’s still waiting on his end of the bargain. I feel like I wouldn't be myself if I didn't address something that's on my mind. So when we first did this documentary, I was supposed to get a production credit. And so that's why I put the documentary together. The way that I did, I gave them a lot of talent. That's why if you go and read my book, you'll basically see almost everybody that I talked about in the book. I was able to get on a documentary aside a few of the other people that they had at the end. But I was the one that put that thing together. I was promised a production credit and the production credit said that even if the documentary was sold, I would be grandfathered in to the deal because I helped produce that whole documentary. So now when I see, you know, I saw where 50 was like, the proceeds were going to go towards the victims. I haven't seen that yet. I still was waiting, patiently trying to see what this was all about, what this was all for. Nothing really ever came about. So I was like, hold up, this right here is worse than any deal I did. You talk about a deal with Puff, this is a worse deal than the worst deal.
