First and foremost, Drew Findlay, F-I-N-D-L-I-N-G. First, I want to express my happiness for a client that I love, Dirk Banks. You can call him anything, but he's Dirk to us, he's also The Voice, but we love him. I want to start with a few things. One, I want to thank his father for the confidence he's had. He's become my friend, and I have such great admiration for his history. He's not just Dirk's dad anymore, but he buds right now. I also want to thank his manager, Kelvin Sherman. Kelvin, that's always part of our life, and I appreciate it. I appreciate the family, Indy, and everybody's confidence in us. I also want to thank my team, because without my team, none of this would be possible. You all know, man, we haven't slept in months. What we've been given this case, my law partner, Marissa Goldberg. My associates, Rachel Abdan and Jack Bedway. My co-counsel, Christy O'Connor. Rachel, you're a bad woman, you're a bad mama-jamma. And also, I want to thank Dirk's mom, that has been steadfastly having the greatest confidence in him. Steadfastly is his mom, that's had confidence in him. So, listen. Now let's talk about the case. Let's talk about the case. Thirty-one years ago, this October, in Los Angeles, there was a famous verdict. The not guilty verdict of O.J. Simpson. O.J. Simpson, it's a glove, don't beat. You must acquit. But today, but today, but that was a state case. Because today, today, today, there was not a plea in the middle of trial. There wasn't a partial verdict. The United States of America and the Justice Department and all the force of the FBI, we, the jury, find Dirk Banks not guilty of all charges. Twenty-two months ago, Dirk and I made an agreement that we would make history with the greatest verdict in this country. And it happened today. Dirk is not guilty of all charges. And so, I want you to think about this. Because this is something that's, this is something that has affected me. In 2000, in 2024, he won a Grammy award. Now, I'm not a rapper, I'm not a prosecutor that's going to try to rap. Okay? But if you remember what he said in that song, he said that they were trying to break him, take him, and keep him down. And they tried to break him, take him, and keep him down. And what happened today? He was found not guilty of all charges. And so, we are so elated and proud. And I'm so proud of this team that's behind me. You all do not know the work that has gone into this. We have listened to thousands of jail calls. We have put in endless effort to fight for this young man. And not the word not guilty. Not the word not guilty, but his innocence. And so now we work to get him, what did I say in closing argument? To pull the shackles off. The shackles must come off and he must walk free. So that he can come home to his beautiful family and to the world that loves him. So, I say this, it's been 22 months, it's been really the single most draining experience of my career. And I've been doing a lot of stuff, folks. But I will be honored forever and ever. And thankful that I was given the responsibility and the honor to be the voice for the voice. Let's go! Great job! Were you able to speak to Dirk? What did he say? Were you able to speak to little Dirk? What did he say? So, I'll do limited questions. Okay, were you able to speak to little Dirk and what did he say? Well, I'm not going to tell you what he said, but I'm going to tell you it was an emotional moment with this young man. I mean, those in this profession will never have a client that ends every conversation with I love you and thank you. That's how every conversation ends. And so he's so thankful and he's thankful. Let us not forget these 12 citizens. These 12 people that we are thankful for and he's thankful for. That took their role as jurors so seriously. I mean, this was unbelievable. When you have the responsibility to say to the United States of America, you were wrong for indicting this young man. That's an incredible power and responsibility, so he's really thankful to them and we are thankful to them. We have to hear from his father! Can we hear from his father too, please? And I want to say one last thing. And that is, you heard me in my closing argument talk about the empathy and the sadness that we have for Mrs. Robinson. And Dirk has expressed that to me over and over again. And you may not know. Hey! Hey! We're talking about something that's really important right now. And that is Mrs. Robinson who lost a son. And our heart and our feelings are with them. Dirk has expressed that. And Mrs. Robinson and I and my team have had many moments together. And I've never been in a case like this where she would come up to us and hug us. And she is a beautiful person. And we just wish her nothing but the best moving forward. And I know I speak on behalf of the family and my team. A lovely person and we're so sorry for her loss. Can we hear from the family members? Can we hear from some of the family members, please?
